PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Building Real Capability
Designed for Jewish men and women ages 18–45 who are leaders, protectors, or feel called to step into that role, this program trains participants to function under stress, make split-second decisions, and take responsibility for themselves and their communities.
This is not fear-based training. It is responsibility-based training.
Program Structure
Phase One: United States
Two intensive training weekends conducted in the United States
Participants train together to establish shared standards, trust, and accountability
Instruction delivered by HCCI Tactical Training Solutions LLC
Focus on foundational skills, mindset, and operational readiness
Designed to prepare participants for the immersive training phase that follows
Phase Two: Israel
Sixteen days of immersive training conducted in Israel
Instruction delivered alongside JR / GSD and Israeli security professionals
Train in an environment where protecting Jewish life is a daily reality
Reinforces identity, resilience, and operational capability
Training is deliberate, demanding, and grounded in real-world experience
